Center Stage Studio

Our Center Stage Studio Theatre is located at 227 Center Street Hobart, IN 46342 For directions CLICK HERE !

We do smaller plays and musicals at this location.  Many of these shows are just to small scale to put on at the wonderful but large Reinhart Auditorium in Merrillville.  This location gives us a chance to offer a wider variety of entertainment opportunities for our audience like our productions of M*A*S*H, Sunshine Boys, Carol Burnet skits, Batman, Murder TV, Ghost Writer, Cotton Patch Gospel, Lies and Legends, Charlie Brown .

While we only seat 50 to 65 people, depending our our stage set up, it has many features of much bigger theatres.  The stage while not very deep can range from 24 to 40 feet wide. We have a fully computerized lighting system complete with moving lights, 10 LED PAR Cans, 12 Source fours, 10 Shakespeares, and 10 PAR 64.  The theatre is equipped with a 24 channel mixing board and another 24 channel board to mix our 12 cordless mics. We have two video projection (One DLP the other a three LCD Sharp projector) systems complete with media severer or one of three video switchers. We have the ability to add fog, haze, or even snow.

If you enjoy theatre and have not experienced it in our intimate setting you owe it to yourself to check out a show here.  We Think you will love it.

We also rent the studio for any number of things but it is very popular for movie themed birthday parties.

You can buy tickets to our next show HERE.
